Lake Panorama is a private lake community. Lake Panorama Association is a community association made up of 1,700 member/property owners. The association is governed by a board. The board employs a general manager who administers over various departments. The lake, commons, roads and beaches are owned by the association. Developed and undeveloped lots are privately owned and are subject to the Covenants and Restrictions of the LPA.
