The Guthrie County Historical Villiage is a 4+/acre complex on the southwest side of the city of Panora. The villiage features 10 buildings and many exhibits that explore the history of Guthrie County from 1850 to the early 20th century. The museum is a county wide project that began when the Lions Club of Panora aquired the old Panora Railroad Depot in 1968. The Lions Club, through a community effort, moved the depot to the villiage for the first of what is now 10 buildings in the exhibit.
